We make our Heavy Duty Main to fit the G-Cat 5.7 with a specially-made 6 oz. Colored Dacron It is designed to utilize your existing 10 full battens and new battens are sold separately. The sail attaches along the luff with a bolt rope that slides up into the mast tunnel.
We made these sails for the boat's manufacturer, G-cat, through the '70s and '80s and still have the OEM patterns. Many of these boats were sold to rental operations with smaller, less powerful rigs. If you own one of those, we also make a rental version (GCT1012). The standard sail is white, but combinations of red, blue, and yellow are available for 15% more.
We can also apply full-color graphics and images of any kind in our in-house sail graphics division. Other options and accessories are available, some listed below, and if you have something else in mind, we're happy to customize the sail in any way you like.
