Description
We make our Jib (Hollow-Cut, Natural) to fit the Hobie 16 with a white 3.9 oz. Dacron from Challenge Sailcloth, America's premier manufacturer of woven sailcloth. The sail attaches along the luff with a wire internal to the luff exiting at the head and tack for attachment.
This is modified version of the Hobie 16 jib that uses a strong but flexible wire more easily folded or stuffed inside a sailbag when the sail is removed. If you prefer to furl the sail and leave it hoiseted, we recommend our Furling Jib for the Hobie 16 which uses a stiffer wire.
We can also apply full-color graphics and images of any kind in our in-house sail graphics division.
